Find Your Box
All boxes are vacuum sealed, labeled, and processed at a USDA facility. Priced per pound — no hidden costs. Pickup in Lotus, CA or via neighborhood drop.
Ten pounds of 100% grass-fed ground beef, packed in 1 lb portions and ready for whatever you're cooking. Meal prep, family dinners, burgers — this box does one thing and does it well. Unlike our seasonal drops, it's available year-round.
Order Anytime →Ground beef, roasts, and versatile cuts built for real weeknight cooking — slow braises, Sunday roasts, dinners that don't require a recipe. This is how ranch families have always eaten, and it's the box we'd stock our own freezer with first.
Join Drop List →A thoughtfully balanced mix of steak cuts and ground beef — premium steaks for the main event, ground beef for burgers that actually taste like something. Built for weekends, gatherings, and anyone who takes summer grilling seriously.
Join Drop List →A premium selection of our finest steak cuts — ribeyes, New York strips, and whatever the season's harvest brings to the top. Raised on Sierra foothill pasture and finished on grass. Perfect for special occasions, gifting, or simply treating yourself to beef worth savoring.
